Payment

Payment is made using Protx, a secure online payment facility. We accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express, Diners and JCB.

Delivery

Delivery costs is included in the price of your chosen product and will require a signature.

Please note that with regard to international shipments, you are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

Returns

It is the policy of Redzip to ensure that all products supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. Should the product not match your requirements, and it is returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days with all the packaging intact Redzip will refund you in full excluding the delivery charge (£8.50).

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method that covers the value of the item to – Redzip, Perevaunne, Chapel Rd, Foxhole, St.Austell, Cornwall, PL26 7UG.

This policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
